The Wyoming Democratic Party is pleased to congratulate Former Vice President Joe Biden on winning 72.2% of the popular vote, earning 10 delegates to the Democratic National Convention, and Senator Bernie Sanders on winning 27.8% of the vote, earning 4 delegates to the Democratic National Convention. The 2020 caucus instituted ranked choice voting and after adjustments due to the COVID-19 crisis, was held entirely by mail. All WyoDems registered to vote as such by March 20, 2020 were automatically mailed a ballot in one of three waves. Voters were also able to request a replacement ballot by March 31.
