-Greet visitors to State Party office, assess their needs, and direct them to appropriate staff.

-Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties.
-Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.
-Maintain professional appearance of the common areas of the office.
-Maintain the storage space and control access to storage.
-Pick up and distribute mail.
-Schedule use of building by outside groups; maintain schedule for use of conference rooms.
-Manage internal party contact lists and communication, including monthly calls and meetings.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings.
-Manage state-wide calendar.
-Oversee activities of office volunteers.
Administrative and Bookkeeping Duties:
-Serve as administrative aide to Executive Director.
-Archive and maintain all documents related to conducting state party business.
-Process the direct mail which includes opening it, organizing it, entering it into PT Database, and depositing funds received.
-Take on special projects as time permits.
-Process and mail fundraising letters and other printed materials.
-Assist with the updating of member and donor records in the database.
-Work with Compliance officer to keep QuickBooks up to date.
-Assist with basic bookkeeping.
-Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
-Research venues and locations for events.
-Work with volunteers and interns to provide guest check-in, ticket sales, and directional assistance at events.
-Produce materials for events.
-Manage inventory and transport of reusable event supplies.
-Logistical support for staff, as needed.
-Proactively handle any arising issues with events and troubleshoot any emerging problems on event day.
-Travel around the state to attend events.
